What is Sow Grateful?
Sow Grateful promotes wellness and gratitude for nature in both their flower farm and gardening services. Their small team supplies seasonal specialty cut flowers and foliage to florists and to customers across NI through weddings, events and their popular flower subscription service. They also design and plant pollinator gardens and run regular workshops which promote sustainable practices in horticulture and in floristry. Their innovative micro-intensive techniques focus on soil health and plant diversity applying peat-free, no-dig and nature-friendly methodologies.

With a background in the Arts, music and dance and a passion for well-being, Aisling brings the big creative ideas to Sow Grateful.
Andy
Loves nothing better that problem-solving solutions and a new challenge of which there are many on a small regenerative-focused horticultural business.
Microbiome
These are the real workers, and in many ways we are soil farmers, if we can get healthy soil then in return we will have healthy plants and blooms. Its a never ending journey of discovery, trialing, failing and trying again but we truely believe we can 'make small farms work' and that diversity and working with nature is how we do this best.
