After the success of our first Bio Blitz, were going again so don't miss your chance to be part of this event!
Under the guidance of wildlife experts, you will be guided around Sow Grateful Flower Farm site with various tools for identifying plants and bugs including a lesson on how to use the App - iNaturalist. This will help identify and log all finds to help us build a database of the biodiversity found on the farm and build a picture of how the farms work on organic and diverse management is building a better habitat.
Then gather around the community apple press, hosted by Keen2BGreen, and have a go at crushing and pressing apples and sampling the juice!
The event is a free, family-friendly event though there will be a collection for donations to help this work continue and also some apple related treats and tea and coffee available for a small donation.
Sow Grateful will also have fresh cut seasonal market bunches of flowers for sale.
Come for the biodiversity, hang around for the apple treats and go home with a bunch of beautiful blooms! What a morning!!!
